Winning over the customer

● Offer an excellent customer service: it is time to expand your channels of attention to be present and answer all the questions. Respond quickly to the queries received, take advantage that your customer is interested in your proposal.

● Interact with your followers in social networks: generate content where your customers can give their opinion and contribute by being part of the evolution of your business. Testimonials and feedback will bring you closer to solve their concerns and to adapt your product or service.

● Invest in advertising: Once you have your content strategy, invest in advertising to better reach your audience: email marketing campaigns, Instagram and Facebook Ads are strongly effective with a good strategy.
